Okay, so you want to order a pair of FP custom jeans online? The process is super easy! Simply follow the steps below.
STEP 1. Create an account
Please create a new customer account. If you're an existing customer, please login. You will be able to view orders, design a new pair of jeans or contact us about adjustments or repairs.
STEP 2. Complete our Booty Fit survey.
Please fill out as much detail as possible so our FP consultants will know your booty as well as you do! The survey needs to be completed before your can order your sample pack.
STEP 3: Order your sample pack via checkout.
Our FP consultants will use the information you've shared from the Booty Fit survey to curate a selection of 3-4 custom styles to try on in the comfort of your home. It's basically 'try before you buy' to help you make an informed decision when you design your custom pair online with us.
STEP 4: Review your sample pack
Once you receive your Sample Pack, it's then time to review the fit and
find the right style for you! Everything you need to help you work out your custom fit is all there in the Pack, simply scan the QR code provided and follow the prompts. When you reach the end, you will have locked in all the measurements we need to create your custom jeans.
STEP 5: Now for the fun stuff!
We’ve got all the fit and measurement information we need. You can proceed straight to our 3D curate tool and start designing your custom pair! Our custom jeans are $350 less the cost of your sample pack ($45). Your order is reviewed by the denim consultant team and if we have any issues, we will be in touch.
